Deep Silver

Deep Silver is the video game publishing division of German multinational corporation Koch Media, based in Planegg, Germany. Since its founding in 2002, Deep Silver has published and co-published several major titles, notably the Dead Island and Homefront series, as well as taking stewardship over the Saints Row series. In total, the company has released more than 200 games.

In February 2018, Koch Media and Deep Silver were acquired by THQ Nordic.

Deep Silver Volition

Volition is Deep Silver’s premier game development studio and the creators of the critically acclaimed Saints Row, Red Faction, and Descent/Freespace series.

 

The studio is located in Champaign, Illinois, a friendly, progressive university town two hours south of Chicago. Deep Silver Volition has a long history and offers a highly creative atmosphere.

Deep Silver Dambuster

The studio was aquired by Koch Media/Deep Silver in 2014 and was rebranded as Deep Silver Volition. It released Homefront:The Revolution for Playstation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC in May 2016. In the 12 months following the launch of Homefront it released additional Resistance Mode content and three additional story extensions. The studio, located in Nottingham, UK,  is now focused on a new and exciting project for home consoles and Windows PC.
